UCI LIFTED Commencement 2024

On June 20, the LIFTED program at the University of California, Irvine (UC Irvine) celebrated our very first graduation ceremony on-site at Richard J. Donovan prison. Over sixty members of the UC Irvine community attended, including Chancellor Howard Gillman, three Deans, and nearly 20 faculty who have taught in LIFTED. More than 80 friends and family of the graduates were also in attendance.
